1. How is the printing price determined for my order?

2. Is there a minimum amount that I have to order?
On some products in our catalog, there is no minimum whatsoever. If you want one custom shirt, get one custom shirt! However, remember that with all printing, the more you order, the less you pay per piece. Since we carry many top-quality brand names, we do require a minimum order of 6 pieces for 1-color designs, 12 pieces for 2-color designs, 24 pieces for 3-color designs, and 36 pieces for 4, 5 and 6-color designs.
3. Can someone help me with my design or artwork?
Sure we can! If you have a question about a feature or functionality in the Design Lab - of if you have custom artwork that you'd like to upload into the Design Lab, we're here to help. In fact, any questions you have about your special design can be answered by our Customer Service team. Give us a call Monday through Friday, from 9:00am through 5:00pm at (201) 391-8500.
4. Will my design be centered when it's printed (if I didn't center it perfectly in the Design Lab)?
Definitely! With 25 years experience in custom silkscreen printing, we wouldn't send your order out unless it was exactly the way you envisioned it. If we have any questions as to whether or not your intention was to center the design you created, we'll call you!
5. What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed at CustomShirtPlace.com, you will receive an automated email confirming that your order has been successfully submitted. We receive an email as well, and that triggers one of our graphic specialists to personally review your custom design. If there are any questions or concerns, we'll give you a call to discuss options and our recommendations. If we can't reach you by phone, we'll send you an email. Either way, we won't print your custom apparel until you've seen and approved a proof (emailed in Adobe PDF format). As soon as your products are printed, we'll ship them to your door (for free!) via UPS Ground service. You'll receive your order in 14 days or less.
6. Will I really receive my order in 14 days or less?
No foolin'! Our turnaround time is typically 8 days, and UPS Ground shipping takes anywhere from 1 to 6 days to arrive, depending upon your geographic location. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, your order may take an extra day or two, but you live in Alaska or Hawaii so you're used things taking a little longer to get to you. (That's the price you guys pay to live in such beautiful places, right?) Regardless of where you live, if you need your order faster, CustomShirtPlace.com offers rush and super-rush delivery. 7. Which payment methods does CustomShirtPlace.com offer to customers?
CustomShirtPlace.com knows that customers love options - and lots of 'em! For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and bank transfers. (See below if you have special payment needs, or would like to arrange for a different method of payment. We can be quite accomodating, if we do say so ourselves.)
8. I'm ordering for a school or institution, can we pay by check or PO?
Many of our customers order for schools (class pride, sports teams, clubs, etc.) or institutions and groups that require an alternate payment method. It's no problem at all at CustomShirtPlace.com, and we're happy to accomodate. If you'd like to pay by cashier's check or PO, just give us a call at (201) 391-8500 and we'll take care of the arrangements over the phone.
9. I'm sure my order will be perfect, but what if it's not?
At CustomShirtPlace.com, we're not happy unless 100% of our customers are raving about their experience with us - and their custom t-shirts, sweatshirts or sweatpants!
